In G4S - a new collective agreement

The security company G4S Lithuania signed between employer and trade union the second collective agreement. Although the start of negotiations was difficult, employers had plans to adjust it significantly, but eventually managed to agree to about 99 percent of the contents to be unchanged, said to the newspaper LP the union chairman Ridas Pagrandis. "We were able to convince the administration that the crisis will pass by some day."At the end of last year tensions between management and trade union arisen, according to the chairman. The first collective agreement at the company was signed on June 14, 2007.
