In “Litexpo” established trade union

On December 22, 2011 in Lithuanian exhibits center “Litexpo” was established “Litexpo” employees trade union. It joined Lithuanian Service Workers Trade Union.In the meeting trade union chairperson, council and audit commission were elected.
Head of “Litexpo” projects Nijolë Gavelienë was elected as Trade union chairperson.
In an constitutive meeting participated Aleksandras Posochovas and presented Lithuanian Service Workers Trade Union.
Labour law specialist dr. Nerijus Kasiliauskas overviewed employees guarantees adopted in the Labour Code, talked about trade union influence in bargaining for better wages and suitable working conditions, benefits of collective agreement to workers.
