Another G4S Lithuania case won

The November 2 court order enables him to return to work and to receive from 29 January full payment compensation of average wages for forced absenteeism, but if the employer appeal against this order, he will have to wait again, probably another half a year for Vilnius Region Court's decision. If the decision is not appealed, in the beginning of December trade unionist will be able to return to work.

Mr. Voronovičius co-worker, another plaintiff in the same case, refused to return to work at "G4S Lithuania", he awarded only pay for the forced absenteeism and termination benefits. Whether and when this amount will be paid it depends on the defendant's actions.
